David Plummer is no stranger to the Jive scene, and has been dancing and teaching
for a number of years. David teaches LeRoc Modern Jive regularly in Bedfordshire at his weekly classes in Bedford, Sandy and Silsoe. He also has teaching and DJ credits at UK Jive Weekend Events at Warmwell and Hafan-y-Mor where he has regular bookings to get the Weekenders started with his 'Ice-Breaker' Classes. David's teaching style is fun, casual and unpretentious. He prides himself on not being a stereotypical 'dance teacher'. He is able to appeal to the average man who wants to learn to dance but who have the commonly held preconception that a man has to be a bit effeminate to dance, which is certainly NOT the case! With bookings at local schools, weddings, charity events, birthdays and corporate events David has great flexibility using the Modern Jive dance as a tool, adapting it to suit the occasion, i.e. straight teaching in schools to ice breaking at corporate events and weddings.
